Agreement to Terms
By using our services at AquaArmor Kingman Pool Care, you agree to these terms. We provide pool cleaning and maintenance services in Kingman, AZ and surrounding areas. Please read these terms carefully before scheduling any service.
Services We Provide
We offer professional pool cleaning, maintenance, and repair services. This includes weekly cleaning, one-time deep cleaning, filter maintenance, equipment repairs, and other pool care services. The specific services you receive will be outlined in your service agreement or quote.
We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that the pool condition poses safety risks to our technicians or if the requested work falls outside our service capabilities.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. For weekly service, we establish a regular schedule that works for both parties. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice whenever possible.
We may need to reschedule due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible if this happens.
Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service or according to the payment schedule outlined in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods including credit cards, checks, and electronic transfers. For weekly service plans, we typically bill monthly.
Late payments may result in service suspension. If your account is past due by more than 30 days, we reserve the right to discontinue service until the balance is paid in full.
Property Access
You agree to provide safe access to your pool area during scheduled service times. This includes ensuring gates are unlocked, providing gate codes or keys, and keeping the area clear of obstacles. You are responsible for securing pets during our service visits.
We are not responsible for any damage to pool equipment, property, or landscaping that existed prior to our service or that results from normal wear and tear, manufacturing defects, or improper prior maintenance.
Liability and Warranties
We carry appropriate insurance and take care to perform our services professionally. However, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or issues that could not reasonably be detected during normal service.
Our work is guaranteed for quality. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will address the issue. Any warranties on parts or equipment are subject to manufacturer terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
